Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. In this course we will learn how to connect with deep core and build awareness during transitions. The sequences we will learn has a balance between fast or slow, includes advanced poses, arm balances, inversions and all the steps (kramas) to progress into challenging poses. It is very alignment-oriented  and core awareness class. With the approach of flowing from the ground up and from the center out in all directions. Includes some warm-ups at the beginning, pranayama and savasana. This class is in English.
